Southern Energy Assessors  We are independent Government Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) providing Government Registered Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for inclusion in Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Rental Agreements (from Oct 2008).
As well as the compulsory EPC for HIPs we can offer a consultancy service for homeowners and Landlords. You can choose to commission an Energy Assessment of your property to establish the energy efficiency and environmental impact of your building. You can the use the recommendations to make improvements.
We provide services to the public, solicitors, landlords, estate agents, letting agents and HIP providers.
